How to Play Hot Pot
The Hot Pot standard card game consists of 96 cards: 4 of each of the 24 unique cards. The 24 cards are grouped into 8 categories, easily identifiable by their colors and icons.
The game in general is fast, social, and easy to learn once you understand the basics.
The standard set is a game for up to 4 people.
Each player will start the game with 10 cards. The card pile is set in the center of the table.
The objective for each player is to complete 3 sets of 3 cards, and the first player to achieve this goal is the winner. Each player has 10 cards: 9 that define the sets (ideally) and 1 changeable card, which is the "ambassador" in order to reach the main goal.
The starter player picks a card from the pile and decides if they want to keep it or discard it. Next player then decides if they want to take a card from the pile of chose the previously discarded one depending on their hand.
And it goes like that until someone wins.

Three cards of the same color do not automatically form a winning set. To clarify, while all winning sets must consist of cards of the same color (for example, 3 red, 3 purple, or 3 gray), not every combination of the same color qualifies as a winning hand.
To form a winning set, there must either be three matching cards of the same color or three unique cards that create a set.

To win, you don't need all the 9 cards to be the same color; you just need 3 winning sets. Your "ambassador card" is the one that allows you to get them.

These are the basics of the game. I hope you have tons of fun playing it and that it helps you create amazing memories with your favorite people!
