Return Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 21 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition and packaging.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged return packages.

 

Non-Returnable Items


The following items are not eligible for return:
• Items marked as final sale
• Personalized or custom-made items
• Used, worn, or washed items
• Gift cards (if applicable)

 

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Exchanges
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return is approved.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.
