Order Processing
All of our products are made to order and fulfilled through our partner companies. Because of this, processing times may vary depending on the product and production location.

Typical processing time is 2–5 business days. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Times
Once your order has been produced, it will be shipped according to the shipping method selected at checkout.

Estimated shipping times (after production):
• USA: 3–7 business days
• International: 7–21 business days

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or holidays are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the product, destination, and shipping method. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.

Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
WitchSoul Cozy Market is not responsible for delays or lost packages once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier. If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.

If your package appears lost in transit, please contact us so we can assist where possible.

Incorrect Address
Please make sure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address issues may require additional shipping fees.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the issue. We will work with our partner company to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
